New Zealand's Grant Elliot uncertain for second ODI against Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka


Hamilton: The allrounder was absent from coaching at the Seddon Park on Wednesday, reportedly addressing a family health matter. New Seeland allrounder Grant Elliott is doubtful for the second One-Day International (ODI) against Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on Thursday.


Team ethic helped NZ'
If Elliot is dominated out, New Seeland may field allrounders Nathan McCullum and Daniel Vettori. a replacement Seeland cricket representative same Elliott may play, however that may not be far-famed till Thursday morning, reports stuff.co.nz.


Long way to WC'
If he will play, he's set to bat at No.5 position within the batting lineup. New Seeland lead the seven-match ODI series 1-0 when winning the primary match.
